Custom Music Creation Disclaimer & Terms

All custom songs and albums are created specifically for each client and tailored to fit the requested style, genre, mood, and personal details provided at the time of submission.

Project Scope

Custom Songs: Single, original compositions created to order.

Custom Albums: Albums consist of 10 original songs, created exclusively for one client.

All music is produced as clean content only. Explicit language, profanity, or inappropriate themes are not included under any circumstance.

Turnaround Time

Single custom songs: Please allow up to 7 business days for completion.

Custom albums (10 songs): Typical turnaround time is approximately 14 business days.

Turnaround times may be shorter or longer depending on project complexity, genre variety, requested details, revision requests, and current production volume. Clients will be notified if additional time is required.

Creative Process & Artistic Interpretation

While we make every reasonable effort to closely match your requested criteria, music creation is an artistic process. Every producer has a unique sound, and every client has their own personal taste.

Our goal is to blend your vision with our creative style to create a one-of-a-kind musical masterpiece that feels authentic, emotional, and meaningful. Exact replication of another artist’s style or sound cannot be guaranteed.

Revisions

Minor revisions may be offered at our discretion to ensure overall satisfaction. Extensive changes, major rewrites, or requests outside the original project scope may require additional time and/or additional fees.

Custom Album Exclusivity

All custom albums are completely original and one-of-a-kind. Once completed, your album will never be recreated, resold, or reused for any other client. You will be the only individual who owns that specific body of work for personal use, making your album truly special and exclusive.

Delivery Method

All completed songs and albums are delivered as digital downloads and will be sent directly to the email address provided at the time of purchase. No physical copies are provided unless otherwise stated.

Ownership, Rights & Usage

All music created by KNR, LLC remains the intellectual property of KNR, LLC.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Custom songs and albums may not be sold, licensed, distributed, monetized, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from KNR, LLC.

KNR, LLC retains all rights to its creations and products and reserves the right to protect, manage, and control the use of all original works.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom and creative nature of this service, all sales are final once production has begun. Refunds or cancellations are not available after work has started on a project.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information, stories, names, and personal details are accurate and that they have the legal right to share them for use in a custom song or album.
